Chef Daniel Diaz was born in Miami, Florida and raised back and forth between Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties, and has been deeply immersed in the food services, meat processing and food distribution industries all of his life. Born to Cuban-American parents, chef grew up growing vegetables with his mother in her vegetable garden and sharing moments at the dinner table.
While attending the esteemed Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Chef Daniel worked at a fine-dining AAA 5-Star Diamond Caribbean centered restaurant each night after school. He then went on to work for one of the World's most prestigious French restaurant groups, Daniel Boulud's Dinex Group, followed by time as the chef of Asian and American concepts, and sous chef at a fine Modern Italian concept serving under veteran 2-star Michelin chef de cuisines from NYC. Since then, Chef Daniel has 10 years of serving private clients
